Returned to this hotel for the second time and it is always a wonderful discovery like the first time. You really feel like you're on holiday because you don't have to think about anything, just relaxation and fun.
The Doria hotel is always a guarantee and this year I also took advantage of the parking which is very close.
Great food, great location, very clean and has a really close-knit group of guys serving at meals.
The quality/price ratio of the Doria is truly excellent.
Their oil that we took home was also excellent.

A hotel I would never recommend to a friend. The only positive things were the mattress and the beach which I had to pay separately for €70 for 7 days. The food was of very poor quality and the pasta was always overcooked. They aren't even capable of cooking since instead of angry pasta they gave me spaghetti with chilli sauce. The bathroom was very small and the bathroom fixtures are the ones kids in primary school have. No shops nearby but you have to go at least 3 km before you find anything. No gathering point for vacationers. I was housed not in the hotel building but on the side of the building where anyone could enter whenever they wanted since the door was always open. I've never seen worse!!!
I stayed at this hotel with my wife from August 5th to 12th.
We had a great time. Very good home cooking with generous portions. Congratulations to all the staff, from the reception, to the waiters and the cleaners. All very well prepared and available.
The cleanliness of the room, impeccable as well as all the common areas.
Thirty meters from the sea with easy access on very fine sand. Two km and seven hundred meters from the center of San Benedetto. You can get there comfortably with slightly crowded buses or even easily with a nice walk.

Excellent value for money. Very close to the sea, private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas included.
Very good food and generous portions, wine and water included.

I stayed in this hotel with my family for our summer holidays (end of June and beginning of July). We have been fine! Kind and welcoming staff (with particular attention to Mr Antonio for his friendliness, attention and professionalism).
Good cuisine with a wide choice of dishes for all tastes.
Good room service and cleanliness.
Beach easily reachable in a few minutes with umbrella and sunbeds available for guests.
Highly recommended! We will be back!
I don't understand how it can be 3 stars...
Tiny rooms,
Lunch and dinner in a windowless basement,
No buffet for lunch and dinner and a rather monotonous and repetitive menu.
The breakfast is poor in quality and quantity (also there are no ingredients on the cakes, in spite of intolerances), paper tablecloths and sometimes you find dirty cutlery...
Soy milk to be expressly requested and the salty portion is reduced to 2 slices of salami and 2 of fontina...
The only positive notes are the covered parking and the proximity to the sea...
I don't recommend it...
Beautiful place, very kind and helpful owners, super food, excellent prices, good and very polite dining room staff. A week spent very well and made new acquaintances. Thanks to all: Mr. Paolo, Mrs. Cinzia, Antonio, Fernando, Pierluigi, Lorenzo, Leonardo, Vittorio and Elian. For putting up with us. We will definitely be back.
